We aim to present accurate information, but availability, prices, amenities and policies may change. Final details must be confirmed before a booking arrangement is completed.

Enquiries and communication

WhatsApp and website enquiries do not by themselves create a confirmed booking. A stay is confirmed only after the relevant availability, price and agreed requirements have been communicated.

Users must provide accurate information, follow property rules, respect occupancy limits and avoid unlawful or disruptive activity.

Limitations

BestStay is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by third parties, user conduct, events beyond reasonable control or arrangements made outside our confirmed communication process.
